NEW YORK -- SF Zine Fest 2010
will apparently occasion the largest known Cubby convocation in
nearly two years, as Cubby luminaries from across the country
plot to to descend upon the two-day conference for independent
publishers to be held in San Francisco's Golden Gate Park the first
weekend of September. The fest, annually attended by Cubby Creature-at-large Brian Weaver, has inspired two new Cubby projects, a new Missalette, the working theme of which is "What the Fuck (Is Going On)?: A Reflection on the Seemingly Disastrous State of American Affairs at the Moment," and a new audio collage including offerings from a mysterious new project entitled Cubby Preachers. email cubbycreatureb@hotmail.com or endofreligion@gmail.com for more information! |
